SUM partnered with Momentum to design a range of branch and office spaces for First Fed Bank, supporting the brand’s growth throughout Northwest Washington with renovations and tenant improvements that reflect the character of the region.

Each space is grounded in a Pacific Northwest aesthetic, with natural wood tones, warm neutrals, and color accents drawn from the coastal landscape. Technological integration is central to the design, with teller pods, ITM stations, and tech tables fostering flexibility and interaction.

Offices are open and transparent, reinforcing First Fed’s values of visibility, approachability, and connection, resulting in modern, community-facing branches that reflect both brand and place.
