Pacific Rim Winery

SUM designed a flexible office and event space for Pacific Rim Wines in Portland’s Rocket Building, balancing day-to-day operations with evening tastings and gatherings.

The long, narrow floorplate was divided to create distinct zones: workspaces along the window wall and a dual bar and service area along the solid wall. At the far end, a conference room doubles as a private dining space opening to an outdoor deck.

Inspired by the brand’s Asian-influenced identity, the design features bamboo millwork, concrete surfaces, and a warm palette of cream, red, and burgundy, creating an atmosphere that’s both modern and inviting.
