At Cedar Hills Crossing, SUM transformed nearly 2,000 square feet of interior dining space and 1,000 square feet of patio into a vibrant destination for Dough Zone, a fast-growing restaurant brand known for its modern take on dumplings and noodles.

Working within an existing second-generation space, SUM developed a design that supports brand and spatial recognition through thoughtful prototyping. Materials and finishes were selected to reflect Dough Zone’s identity while remaining flexible enough to adapt across multiple locations—ensuring consistency without the need to start from scratch.

The result is a warm, contemporary environment that delivers both efficiency and atmosphere, extending the brand’s reach while creating a memorable guest experience.
