Unitus Community Credit Union

SUM collaborated with Momentum to design Unitus Community Credit Union’s new Business Center in Tigard, the first step in a distributed workplace strategy focused on flexibility, wellness, and connectivity.

Exposed cross-laminated timber, clerestory windows, and natural finishes bring a warm Pacific Northwest character to the hybrid office environment. Activity-based work zones support collaboration and focus, while wellness rooms, gender-neutral restrooms, and inclusive amenities reflect Unitus’s values.

Technology is seamlessly integrated throughout, enabling virtual collaboration across locations. With LEED Silver certification and outdoor spaces that include a pickleball court and native landscaping, the center reflects a forward-thinking approach to both sustainability and employee experience.
