SUM designed Clackamas County Bank’s new branch and prototype to balance timeless function with modern design. Natural materials like concrete flooring and a two-story stone-clad fireplace anchor the space, creating a welcoming, durable environment for both customers and staff.
Classic banking elements are paired with contemporary features, including advanced technology, acoustical treatments, and distinctive lighting. The layout supports both daily operations and long-term flexibility, with dedicated spaces for offices, a dividable conference room, teller row, and drive-through services.
Upstairs, a free community room with pre-function space, kitchenette, and outdoor deck reflects the bank’s commitment to serving the broader community. Designed for growth, the second floor also includes additional offices and storage to support the branch’s future needs.
