United Cerebral Palsy

SUM partnered with United Cerebral Palsy to create a new headquarters for UCP Oregon that better supports the organization’s mission and daily operations. After years in space that no longer met accessibility or functional needs, SUM worked closely with UCP and Cresa to define an updated program and flexible workplace.

The layout is organized into public and private zones. Public areas include a welcoming entry, client assistance spaces, meeting rooms, a conference area, and a training room adjacent to a café designed around ADA standards. Private work areas are organized into neighborhoods tailored to team workflows.

Calming, durable finishes connect the space, including neutral tones, natural wood, rounded edges, soft lighting, and subtle use of UCP brand colors.
