SUM transformed an outdated 11,000-square-foot office and warehouse into a premier boutique pickleball destination. Reimagining the building’s industrial footprint allowed the team to create four professional-grade indoor courts within a highly efficient, thoughtfully planned layout.

Beyond the courts, the design supports a more social, elevated experience. A flexible viewing space doubles as a venue for corporate events, while a dedicated bar, lounge, and retail area invite guests to gather, connect, and gear up.

The interior replaces industrial coldness with a warm palette of natural woods and vibrant, brand-inspired accents. The result is an energetic, welcoming environment that brings the RECS mission to life: Recreate, Exercise, Compete, and Socialize.
