SUM worked with Cobalt to create Kiln’s first Northwest location.
Our team worked seamlessly with Kiln and Cobalt to fast track this project modifying a building with good bones into a lively co working space following Kiln’s design guidelines and marketing deck.
SUM responded to surprises during construction quickly and we made sure that no time was lost.
The space is now filled with natural light, biophilia, custom Kiln furniture and music.
